Who we are
We are a non-profit making, global alumni association dedicated to empowering young Chinese descendants with leadership skills and a global vision.
Founded in 2008, DragoNation is a platform of collective effort by a group of young Chinese talents across various countries and regions. We are an alliance of passionate professionals with numerous recognised individuals from across multiple disciplines, each of us is proud and honoured to be part of this Dragon family.

Our mission is to connect, cultivate and champion global Chinese talents who are making a difference in their communities.
We build a lifelong network that nurtures leadership, encourages social contribution, and fosters mentorship and experience sharing among Dragons worldwide. Through recognition, collaboration, and the Dragon Foundation’s programmes, we strengthen every Dragon’s capacity to create positive impact across communities.
